Refunds & Exchange Policy
All orders are final, and tickets are non-refundable for single ticket purchases. Please note that dates, prices, programs, artists, and productions are subject to change. If Nashville Opera cancels a performance for any reason, full refunds will be issued.
If you can’t make it, you have a few good options: exchange your tickets for another date, pass them along to friends or family, or donate them back to us. Returned tickets qualify for a full tax deduction when submitted at least 48 hours before the performance. Subscribers may also exchange into another date of the same production, based on availability, with the same 48-hour notice.
