Refunds & Exchange Policy
All orders are final, and tickets are non-refundable for single ticket purchases. Please note that dates, prices, programs, artists, and productions are subject to change. If Nashville Opera cancels a performance for any reason, we will issue a voucher, accept your tickets as a donation, or provide a full or partial refund.
If you can’t make it, you have a few good options: exchange your tickets for another date, pass them along to friends or family, or donate them back to us. Subscribers may also exchange into another date of the same production, based on availability, with the same 48-hour notice.
